Information on Permanent Height Cards (PHC)
Permanent Height Cards will only be issued to IMHR registered horses and ponies aged 5 years old or over (actual age).
Members may be eligible to apply for a PHC if the horse or pony has been measured at either:
- The IMHR Grand National or
- Two (2) IMHR feature shows provided there is a current National Committee member present at measuring at both events.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to advise the measurer that they intend to apply for a PHC so that it can be noted on the records for the registrar.
Cards must be applied for within 28 days of the eligible measurement via the IMHR Online Shop.
Please ensure you provide a copy of your PHC with your show entries, or at the measuring bay if you want to use your PHC measurement at that event.
Note: Horses and ponies may still be measured at committee’s request or in the event of a protest.
