Request for duplicate registration certificate, and/or change type from horse to pony and vice versa, or add other information.
To change status from colt/stallion to gelding, please use the 'update gelding status' product as there is no charge.
You must be the current registered owner or lessee to request this certificate.
If you wish to add new photos to the certificate, please use the photo update product.
If the horse/pony was born after 1 August 2015 and you are applying to have pedigree added to an existing registration, please ensure you have uploaded the applicable proof of parentage documents (dual registration with a society recognised in the IMHR constitution -or- MHAA service certificate + receipt of MHAA stallion report lodgement -or- DNA parentage report)
