Product Overview

 ...PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE UPLOADING...

As of 01/03/2017, IMHR will only accept stallion returns via the online shop. Please DO NOT email or mail your stallion returns as they will be unaccounted for.

Make sure that ALL mares who were exposed to the stallion are listed on his return - even if you are unsure if she's in foal or if you will be registering the foal with IMHR.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR RETURN UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED BREEDING. If you re-join mares after submitting or forget to put mares on it and submit the return again, you will be required to pay the REPROCESSING FEE to update the one you have submitted already. We will not look at returns that are submitted for a second or third time unless the re-processing fee has been added to your order.

Please double check that copies of your stallion return are legible before uploading them. Illegible copies will be rejected.

Stallion returns are to be submitted by 1st August annually for each stallion who was exposed to mares - failure to submit a stallion return before foals are born will mean the resultant foals will be registered with pedigree "not on file" unless they are already registered with a recognised society (AMHA [USA], MHAA, AMPS, NZMHA, APSB, ASPC). Alternately, the resultant foals will need to be DNA parentage verified by an equine laboratory service such as Practical Horse Genetics or UC Davis.

PLEASE NOTE:

You must be a CURRENT FINANCIAL MEMBER to lodge a stallion return.
Stallion must have up to date IMHR registration and hold a Certificate of Soundness (COS).

AFTER SUBMITTING, PLEASE RECORD YOUR ONLINE SHOP ORDER NUMBER ON THE RETURN SO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT OF LODGEMENT.

DO NOT MAIL OR EMAIL STALLION RETURNS AS THEY WILL BE UNACCOUNTED FOR!
